I built him a single, live dashboard in monday.com that pulls all that information together automatically every five minutes. It acts as the one source of truth for performance, tracking live numbers against the goals he sets for his team.

Now, he can see exactly how his business is doing on one screen. No more logging into multiple systems.

Reviewing customer calls to make sure the team is doing a great job is critical, but it's impossible to listen to them all. This client was spot-checking just a handful of calls, which meant they were missing valuable coaching opportunities and didn't have a true picture of their service quality.

I designed a system that uses AI to act as a quality assurance assistant. It automatically ingests every call recording, gets a transcript, and then "reads" the conversation to check it against the company's standards for a "good call."

The result is that every single customer interaction is now reviewed, not just a small fraction. The AI provides fair and consistent feedback to the team immediately, which helps them learn faster.

For this client, calculating weekly bonuses was a nightmare. It meant hours spent manually pulling reports from ServiceTitan, wrestling with spreadsheets to figure out profit margins, and dealing with the inevitable, costly errors that frustrated his team.

I built a custom automation that acts as a bridge between his field service software, ServiceTitan, and his management board in monday.com. Every week, the system automatically pulls all the data for jobs, timesheets, and material costs, then applies their specific, multi-tiered bonus rules for every single technician.

The process is now completely hands-off, saving the owner hours of frustrating work each week. More importantly, the numbers are 100% accurate, and the transparent, job-by-job breakdown on the board has built a huge amount of trust between management and the technicians.
